Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another notification when your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

International Orders

We ship worldwide! International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. Chic by Giselle is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Return Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Returns outside this window will not be accepted.

Hair Product Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, hair products (bundles, wigs, closures, frontals) can only be returned if:

  • The hair has NOT been installed, cut, or altered in any way
  • The hair is still in its original weft/packaging
  • The item has not been washed, colored, or heat-styled
  • The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery

Clothing Returns

Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, stains, or damage will not be accepted for return. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. 2Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days
  3. 3If approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email
  4. 4Pack your items securely in the original packaging if possible
  5. 5Drop off your package at the designated carrier location
  6. 6Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: installed or altered hair, sale/clearance items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, length, or texture, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible. Contact us at [email protected] if you need assistance.
